looking for the owner of a blue iPhone in an OtterBox in the Spanish language

Im looking for the actual owner of a blue iPhone in the Spanish language that's in an otterbox in the San Diego, California area... I don't know what generation it is so I guessed but it's a second generation plug meaning it's the little tab with the metal strips that slides in. Its locked with a passcode and you can verify it's truly yours to me with the code and if it is so we can meet up so I can return the phone back to it's rightful owner hopefully with a little compensation 🤣🤣🤣 but it's not necessary but would be really appreciated...

iPhone 13

Your best option is to turn it over to a nearby Lost & Found or a police station. The owner is able to track the phone, so they know where it is at and can pick it up easily in one of those locations. While your intentions are good, you would not want the owner to think you had stolen their iPhone when they are tracking it. You are not able to provide personal information on this site for a meetup, so that will not be an option.

It's wonderful you'd like to reunite the phone with its rightful owner, but you'll never find them here for sure. Mac Jim ID gave the right advice, turn it over to the local authorities, where whoever lost it, may have filed a lost or stolen device report.

Apple doesn't get involved in lost or stolen devices. But again, it's great to see someone want to do the right thing. Yes, it is!
