I can’t take pictures with my back camera but in Snapchat I can?

so about a week ago I observed that I couldn’t take pictures with my back camera. The camera works, I can adjust the lens but when I press the button, it just won’t take the photo. On the face camera it works. What’s more weird is that when I go in Snapchat, the back camera works perfectly, I can take photos.Also when I switch the camera from back to face camera it’s taking some time and it’s bugging. Someone help me fix this bug I’ve tried everything!
