How to determine which generation my SE phone is?

Tap Settings > General > About

Tap directly on the Model Number and 5 characters will appear. Example.....Axxxx

1st Gen SE is A1662, A1723, A1724

2nd Gen SE is A2275, A2298, A2296

3rd Gen SE is A2595, A2784, A2785

Check Settings > General > About > Model Name.

If that doesn’t answer it, post the Model Number (row following Model Name) here.
