How to list an iPod Touch Playlist?

Recently updated my MacPro. In the process, it lost ALL of my Music playlists......every last one of 30+. Not the music....just the playlists.

Thought they were gone forever, but I have found that luckily those playlists are all on my iPod Touch.

I dont need to export the music files themselves....I just need a way to export a list of what is in each iPod Touch playlist.

Help!
