I purchase a show on Apple TV. The first episode works fine but now the remaining episodes all say “this video is in a format that cannot be streamed to this tv”. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Are you playing it on your Apple TV HD/4K box or streaming to it from a Mac/mobile device?
I’m streaming it from phone and tried from Mac as well. Then tried the app on my tv and got the same message. Am I going to have buy and Apple TV to fix this?
