Having problems with downloading apps on the App Store
I can’t download any app without asking for payment information, how can I stop it from showing?

Do you have a valid payment method added? If not that is your problem, and you will need to provide one to download any apps, even if they are free. It is likely that the app you are attempting to download has in-app purchases that will need this payment method just in case you decide to choose one. See step 2 of this support article.
