Im trying to download LITERALLY anything but it says I need a payment method even thought it’s free and when I put it in it just says it’s already a way to pay but still won’t download the app some please help

It doesn't matter if it's free or not, you need a valid payment method so Apple can verify you before you can download anything, including free apps.

ok i get that but when I try to it just says it’s already a way to pay and won’t do anything.
