Nothing wants to play on the Apple TV+ app or on the website

I have been experiencing such a horrible thing since last week where nothing wants to play on the Apple TV+ plus app on the laptop even the website as well. It is either it plays for one minute or does not play at all, it shows an "Error occurred" message on the screen.

There was a problem loading this content Watching Apple TV on an Apple TV when, all of a sudden, nothing wants to play and we get this error message: “There’s a problem loading this content.” Internet connection is very fast. Other streaming services on the Apple TV are working fine. Restart, no effect. Unplugging for a while, which seems like a hoax more than a fix, tried that, no help. Ideas?

Apple TV App constantly fails on Samsung TV. Fails constantly on 2024 Samsung TV. The ONLY streaming app with this problem. I searched for solutions and all I find are unanswered / unresolved posts up to 4 years old presenting same issue. Seems to be a problem for years that Apple continues to neglect. Please fix this.
