Reels and Videos on Instagram never fully load.

I have a brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max, have reset my network settings, and have plenty of storage and a stable WiFi connection, but whenever I am streaming from IG or FB, the videos stop far short of the end and never finish loading. Help?
