We have two identical iPhones SE2 my ringer is on but I do not get a ring on an incoming call. My wife has he same phone with the same settings and her phone rings

do you hear it ?
if you hear the sound go to setting and reset the device settings
if that doesn't work
update it
iPhone SE phone not ringing. my wife's phone on same package does ring. our settings are the same
