whenever I try to download or update anything in App Store it says I can't because my I tunes U is disabled and when I try to open the I tunes u app it closes and does not start

If your account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes there might be something wrong with your account that cannot be fixed at your end
Please Contact - Official Apple Support to get further support on re-enabling your account
