Is it possible to rearrange playlist sequence in Apple Music on iPhone?
In Apple Music on my iPhone is there a way to arrange the order of playlists? Not songs in a playlist but the order of playlists.

No. You can select the sort order they appear in from the 3 bar icon at the top right of the Playlists screen.
They can be ordered alphabetically by title, by Recently Added, Played, Updated or by their type.
