I downloaded video files from safari and the files say waiting. They are shaded grey with an “x” on the upper left side. I try to select it to delete it but I’m not getting a circle to select it.

I tried but my downloads are clear and they are still there. And clicking the x does nothing. If i hold it down it gives me the option for more information? Do you think over the phone apple support could help me?
Try and press the grey X to delete them. If. This is not working open safari, click on the arrow in the address bar to access your downloads, and stop the download
