How to resolve connection issues with Logitech Slim Folio?

Hello, I recently got the Logitech Slim Folio for iPad 9th Generation, but the problem is, when I try to connect it, there is a black border and it doesn’t want to type at all. I also tried restarting the iPad, but no good. Do you have an idea about what to do?

Given that the Logitech keyboard is a third-party product, any technical difficulties associated with this keyboard would be best directed to Logitech Technical Support.


Otherwise, as a diagnostic exercise, you might try testing your keyboard with another compatible iPad. Visiting an Apple retailer that has demonstration devices provides opportunity to test your keyboard with other devices.


If the keyboard works as expected with a different iPad, then the problem lies with your own iPad - and we proceed from there. If the issue is consistent with other iPads, the the problem lies with the Logitech keyboard.
