Macbook Air shuts down when battery reaches 31%, and trackpad becomes laggy below 45% battery

My Macbook Air, M1, 2020 has suddenly started to go blank and show 'low battery' when battery level hits 31%. Now, I have also started noticing that when battery goes below 50%, the trackpad becomes a bit jittery/laggy which then becomes normal when i charge it. It appears to me, although the Full Cycles are only 230 cycles.

The Battery maybe failing or worse still, Swelling / Expanding beneath the Trackpad

The swelling of the battery, if this is so, is causing the Trackpad to malfunction or act as it is now

I think you'll have to have Apple look at it.

What all do you have plugged into the MBA's ports?

That would certainly be my guess.
