Is there a way to retrieve lost Notes without backup?

Hello all,

my notes just disappeared. I didn’t have them backup on any account(iCloud, email, etc.) I just had them On my iPhone.

I tried everything but i cannot find i way to get them back.

please help

Nope. If they were not synced to a cloud service or backed up, they are gone.

there is no possibility with some app and restoring data on some PC?

Sorry if I was unclear.

To be more precise: No. The data is gone. You can't restore data that was never backed up.
