The Apple Logo should be on the back of the iPhone.

If its in a case or it has a back protector, you may not be able to see the logo.

If there is no apple logo on the back of the phone it could be that you have a fake iPhone right there. Where have you bought it?

Are you saying there is no logo on the back of the phone? Who did you buy the phone from?
