My Home HomeKey doesn't work

I recently had my battery replaced in an Apple Store.


Find My was switched off and the battery was successfully replaced, however when I went to use my HomeKey (for a Level lock) it successfully unlocks (via faceID or passcode) but then says "Face ID or Passcode Required"!! AHHHH
