How do I update my payment method?

When I put in my three numbers on my phone on payment and shipping it just says failed which is abnormal because it usually doesn't say that

Make sure that your cards region is the same region as your Apple ID region settings


If this is correct and your payment method is still getting declined please Contact - Official Apple Support for further support on the issue
