After updating my iPhone 15 I now have connectivity issues

Upgraded last December to an iPhone 15. Just the basic 128GB model. I have had to reset the network setting more times than any other iPhone I have used. Been using since the original


Since the last update to 17.5.1 I have had to reset twice.


Is this an iPhone issue or a carrier issue? My current carrier is Consumer Carrier.
