MacBook startup

I bought a MacBook Air, and there is an issue with start-up and accessibility; keyboards are not working correctly, and some letters aren't written at all. Also, I can fill the gaps only using the tab button. This is the first time for me to use a MacBook, so to avoid any future misunderstanding or complication, I need your recommendation what to do.

MacBook Pro 2011 trackpad and keyboard not working during language selection in recovery mode Hello everyone, I have a strange problem on my 2011 MacBook Pro. I'm trying to restore it because it doesn't start anymore, the problem is that when I turn it on with cmd + R it starts and makes me choose wifi etc, when it comes to the language selection incredibly the trackpad and keyboard don't work, while in the previous screen everything works... Hi,

You'd better contact Apple Support or take your MacBook Air to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Air there before one year limited warranty is expired.
