I try to change my location name and it won't work every time I do it says address unavailable

That eMail Address is Undeliverable:
You are getting that error because you are sending an eMail to an eMail address that does not go through. Being that it does not go through, it is being bounced back to you with this eMail. So, send it to the correct eMail address. You should be fine from there, if they take it in from their side.
