I suspect whatever you downloaded is an add-on or browser extension for desktop clients. As such it will be inert on an iPhone, so you might as well delete it.
Safari already includes several features designed to blunt the effects of Google analytics and similar attempts to track retain and exploit your activity. Consider enabling the following (some of which may already be enabled by default):
In Settings > Safari,
- Prevent Cross-Site Tracking > on
- Hide IP Address > From Trackers
Scroll down to Advanced >
- Advanced Tracking and Fingerprinting Protection > Private Browsing or All Browsing (up to you)
- Privacy Preserving Ad Measurement > on
These capabilities are more thoroughly addressed in the link About Safari & Privacy which appears under that Privacy section. Browse the web privately in Safari on iPhone - Apple Support also describes iCloud Private Relay which is worth investigating: Protect your web browsing with iCloud Private Relay on iPhone - Apple Support. Just be aware that using it will prevent some websites from working. You can disable it, temporarily if necessary.
Obviously don't use Google for anything but that should just go without saying.
