My AirPods battery is draining unevenly

my case was fully charged, left AirPod was also fully charged, but in the right AirPod, there was only 10 percent battery, with which I could not use them. Suddenly then the battery from the left AirPod also moved from 100 percent to 15 percent. what is going on ?

I had the same with my old AirPods. A factory reset solved this for me

  • AirPods (all generations) or AirPods Pro (all generations): Put the AirPods in their case, close the lid, then wait 30 seconds. Open the lid, then press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds, until the status light flashes amber, then white.
