Harmony Mobile Protect Event called Tiqets Clip That Has Yet To Be Solved

I am using a iPhone 15

I am working in a tech company where we are required to download Harmony Mobile Protect App.

In the app, I have an event that has yet to be solved.

In the images below the event is an "Application Threat" called Tiqets Clip.

I did not install this app on my phone, yet I have this event. I can't seem to find this app anywhere on my phone.

With this event pending resolution, I cannot access Outlook emails and Microsoft Teams.

Please recommend me a solution to solve this event ?
