How to change the color of the Time shown on the Mac lock screen in version macOS Sonoma ( I want to change the time color from white to black to easily see it)

There's no user controlled feature to change the color in that situation except to use a different wallpaper so that the white text will show up better.
Tell Apple what missing features you'd like restored or new features added to the system via Feedback - macOS - Apple.
