Main camera on my iPhone 13 Pro Max is making weird noises when I open it

When i open the camera app my phone sounds like it’s trying to transmit my coordinates for strike package via morse code. I’m using latest update, only happens when using the regular camera, not video or selfie mode. Don’t use meta products (disgusting) or other apps that require use of my camera. I have forced closed app and reset phone. Phone has no water damage
