I had a great library of music on my older Mac book air how can I retrieve it on my new Mac book air 13.6 using Sonoma 14.1 I can not find the iTunes app or my library?

There is no iTunes app anymore. It was replaced by the Music app & TV app a few years ago now. Unless you used Migration Assistant to move your files (including music files) to your new MacBook Air they are still on your old machine. If you did use Migration Assistant then open the Music app and your library should be there.
