Cant use Apple Card balance to buy Phone Apps?
I loaded a 100-dollar Apple card onto my account for Apps and it does not let me. I can see the 100$ on my account. Why can't I use it? It tells me to add a new payment.

Apple reserves the right to require a credit or debit card be added as a payment method. This serves several purposes including acting as proof of age when downloading age restricted content. The card will not be charged as long as sufficient balance is maintain on the gift card or Apple ID Account.
