Getting a SOftware Update pop-up with no details on what software is being updated

I am getting a message to do software update with no details on what software is being updated. How do i find out what software it is asking to update?

MacBook Pro (M3 Pro, 2023)

Please cancel and go to system settings>software update to see if there is any new macOS update being installed. If your MacBook has automatic updates turned on, most of the times it is that
