iPhone 13 Pro Max drops internet connection while watching videos after latest update

The phone is 13 pro Max and the latest update is a network problem and it stops automatically while watching videos in the application. I hope the authorities will fix this situation.

Is that 88% the Maximum Capacity or simply the current charge? ...If it's the Max Capacity, it's well above Apple's 80% level for replacing the battery.


On the other hand, two years is when batteries can begin to weaken and struggle to meet the demands of videos, high frame rate games, etc.


Apple's iPhone User Guide says: "If your iPhone isn’t working as expected, you can try restarting it by turning it off, then turning it back on. If turning it off and on doesn’t fix the issue, try forcing it to restart.":

...But if that doesn't help, consider replacing the battery:

Sero ~ With an iPhone 13 Pro Max possibly being 2½ years old, it's worth checking that the battery is healthy. And if it's already weak from age & use, a long iOS update can be the proverbial "straw that broke the camel's back." So...


Does your iPhone 13 Pro Max still have its original battery?


And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...
