How Do I get rid of all bunch of little numbers all over my screen on my iPhone

For some reason, I have numbers all over my phone. There’s a number for every letter and phone and I don’t know what it is and I don’t know how to get rid of it. Can somebody help?

You’ve probably activated Voice Control. Turn it off in Settings > Accessibility > Voice Control or customize the display options.
