Apple Watch Complications Not Appearing after update watch os 10.5

Hi,

I recently updated the watch os to 10.5 and since then many complications have just disappeared from my watch face. They have been selected in settings etc. but they won’t appear on the watch. Weather, apple music, compass are some of those that are not appearing. Timer and fitness are appearing. How do we fix this??
