Accidentally deleted a note

I accidentally deleted the content of a note on my iPhone that was stored in the cloud. Notes are synced between my iPhone and iPad. That same note is blank on my iPad. I saw a help comment saying to look at recently deleted notes but that folder no longer exists on either device. I also don’t see an “undo” function in notes. Is there any way to recover my note?

The Recently Deleted folder is found within the Notes Sidebar. If the sidebar is not visible, tap the sidebar button at top-left of the Notes App window.

The Recently Deleted folder is only available whenever a deleted Note (file) has been moved to the folder by deletion. If the folder is not visible, there's nothing to recover from the folder.
