Email setup issue with iPhone 12

I am trying to set up an email via fasthost on my iPhone 12. I have set the account up on my MacBook and is functioning but I keep getting "no password provided" or " incorrect password" on my iPhone. I am using the same password on both devices with no joy. I have deleted the account on my iPhone and started again and nothing I do is resolving this continual issue. Ant help would be greatly appreciated.
