Touch screen not working iPhone 13

Few days ago my touch screen stop working without any reason, without falling the floor and water. I did all the action that I had in my had to restart and power off (factory resets with the computer), I went to the Mac store to find the diagnostic but they don’t find anything and the only solution was replace the screen. That mean to spend 400$ loose part of my information (passwords), picture and the must important was losing my time downloading and setup all the apps.

I live in Panama and here we don’t have AppleCare, is really frustrating don’t have the reason of why this happen and expend my MONEY and my TIME.

I have been part of iPhone from IPhone 4 until IPhone 13 and for the first time I want to change to Android.
