Apple support not being available in Sri Lanka

Hi,

I came from the US to Sri Lanka and need to change my Country/Region setting in the App Store. To do this, I have to reduce my App Store balance to $0.00. The common advice is to contact Apple support, but this option is not available in Sri Lanka. How can I resolve this issue?

Apple doesn't appear to do business in Sri Lanka at this time. So you cannot change your region to that country and there is no Apple Support there.
