IOS 17.5.1 changed the pull-down menu from “recent apps” to “search.”
Help!!! I would like to return the pull-down menu on my Home Screen to what it was prior to the recent update. It’s now just “search” instead of showing the most recent apps used.
I understand — although that hasn’t changed. What has — and what I found useful — was pulling down from the top and seeing your last 4, or 8, apps, the ones most often used… as opposed to swiping up and having to run through all of your opened apps.
Why did they make this unannounced change?
