My device 15 Pro Max has dropped battery health to 94% with only 209 Charging cycles.
what could be the reason? Should i sell it or apple can change it for free? Its not giving the battery backup.

Battery Health will decline.....on average over time.....at about 1% for every 25 charge cycles.
209 Charge Cycles divided by 25 = 8.36
So, it would be normal to expect that the battery at this time has declined about 8% and Battery Health would be at about 92% at this time.
At 94%, it looks like your phone's battery is doing a bit better than average.
Replace the battery when it is down to 80% Battery Health
You should expect a drop on average of about !% a month. This is what has typically been reported by users and is not a sign of a problem. If your battery health drops below 80% in the first year of AppleCare coverage, then it would be a sign of a problem and your battery will be replaced for free.
The calculation you have told would apply only on below 15 series. In 15 series apple claims that on 1000 charging cycles battery should be 80%. According to that my battery should drop 1% after 50 cycles.
Apple’s warranty would apply if a manufacturing defect caused your issue. That is almost certainly not the case.

Well, TBH i have seen some videos and heard from the renowned content creators who showed in their video that apple has claimed 80% battery health on 1000 cycles for 15 series.
I haven’t done any research by myself or read anything personally.
