How to reprint select pages in a booklet setting?

The print settings are convoluted - took hours to setup since they are not all visible together (impractical UI).

With current settings I was able to print part of booklet and noticed an error, but I only want to reprint 1 actual page (4 individual pages in book fold). When I either of these options ("From/To" OR "Page Range") under 'Copies & Pages' it starts reprinting from the beginning (1-16).

I want to print pages 7-10 (8&9 on Side A, 7&10 Side B).

Current settings:

Layout: Pages per sheet 1, Two-Sided Short Edge Binding

Paper Handling: Pages to Print - All Pages (only option), Page Order -Normal

Using a doc of my own, I tried to do this with Pages a bit and gave up. The print dialog box was acting very squirrelly. But I was never able to this very well with Word either. My go-to for printing a booklet is to save it as a PDF (either from File/Export or from the print dialog box) and print it with Adobe Acrobat - the free program. It has a booklet option in the print dialog, which will arrange the pages in the right sequence. It takes a little concentration for me to do it, but all the necessary controls are right there.
