I have HomePod receiving music from iMac for a day(first day after syncing HomePod and my iPad). Now(it is the second day), the music is being played on my android phone instead of HomePod and it is not playing on iMac built-in speakers too. I tried changing SOUNDS as well as HANDOFF config on System Preference as per suggestions on the net
iMac 24″, macOS 14.5
Go on your mac to system settings>sound and select the HomePod as your output device.
Also make sure that your android phone is not set as output or as input device
