Survivor 46 Finale not available in Canada?

Hi! Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this in Canada.

My partner and I are so into survivor right now. We pay for paramount+, but the finale of season 46, despite airing on May 22, is still not available. The episode 13 doesn’t even show up on the paramount app, but it does on Apple TV. Please tell me why when subscribing to paramount THROUGH apple tv, all of the episodes are available except for the finale, which you have to purchase… after already purchasing the subscription?

Any help would be appreciated!
