Unable to access Flashlight when tapping on the flashlight icon

When I tap on the flashlight icon, I get a Very Annoying ad complete with music jingle and …NO flashlight! Tapping to get a quick light is tapping to listen to a perky little music round and NEVER A light.

You've installed some third party flashlight app. Delete it and it will go back to normal.
