Our daughter was murdered and we are unable to get in her phone because we don’t have her Apple ID or password. I spoke to Apple support and it seems like there’s nothing that can be done if I don’t have the Apple ID or password.
There are many unanswered questions and so many pictures we want to see
Has anyone ever had this problem before and it was able to be resolved?
