can not update to iOS 17.5.1

Hello - I am trying to update my iPhone 14 Pro to iOS 17.5.1 and the following occurs:

1) when connected via Wi-Fi, in the setting -> software update screen: it gets stuck on "Checking for Update..."

2) when I hard reset the iPhone, it does "reach" the software it needs to be updated, but stuck on "requesting the update"

3) I decided to connect to my Mac and it was able to download the software for update, but while doing so - it gives me an error message "Failure to update iOS 17.5.1" and some kind of "error 4000" message on it.

Not sure what I can do next...
