Guessing "not clogged", means you have checked no wax or a speck of dirt is blocking anywhere.

Re: I have sent them back once already and they were totally re-worked: Guessing the batteries are fine.

Seems restarting both hearing aids, and iPhone will often restore order.

If needed: check Jabra's instructions for re-booting the aids: How to: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Else: wondering if the Jabra app is installed on your phone, and the app-settings are up-to-date:

Eg: Jabra's video may help: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xImzwmrupnA

You may want to check for wireless-interference (eg: from other devices) if you still have issues:

Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference - Apple Support

Also: wondering which iOS version is installed on your iPhone: (If your iPhone is not set to update automatically, you may want to check if an update is available in Settings > General > Software update.)

Eg: About iOS 17 Updates - Apple Support says iOS 17.5.1 is now the newest update.

All the best :-)

Hi, and welcome to this discussion thread!

Is not easy to help troubleshoot without knowing which iPhone model, which iOS version is installed, or where your father encounters the difficulties ... eg, during calls, in certain iPhone apps, or listening generally. If your father uses a hearing-aid manufacturer's app, there may be controls he can use in the app.

If your father uses the same Jabra Enhance Pro Hearing Aids as the original author of this discussion thread, the links already provided may (or may not) provide some help ...

For other hearing-aid brands too, app or firmware updates may also be available (eg: from your father's hearing aid professional, or via the manufacturer's website.)
