Solicite reembolso sobre una suscripción

Se realizó una suscripción por error de la app (themios - Fonsi de pantallas) por el valor de 29,99 el cual reporte el inconveniente pero ya sale cm reenvolsado pero a la fecha refleja el dinero en mi cuenta!! Aquí en debo dirigirme en este caso ?

A subscription was made by mistake for the app (themios - Fonsi descreens) for the value of 29.99 which reported the problem but it is already repackaged but to date the money is reflected in my account!! Where should I go in this case?


Primero cancela la suscripción para que no te sigan cobrando.

First cancel the subscription so you do not continue to be charged.
