Get Rid Of Safari Websites Notifications

Does anyone know how to get rid of safari's website notifications in "Application Notifications"?

I have done some research, people recommend to go on Safari > Preferences > Websites > Notifications. But as you may see, mine is already clean, and the "website apps" still appear in my "Application Notifications" area. Thanks!

Sorry - I was looking at the one at the top, ssyoutube.com, where sounds and banners were listed. I've never had websites in the Notifications list. Did you make them into web apps, and then did they "ask" to give you notifications? This is just a guess: if that is what happened, then you'll need to delete the web apps in order for them to disappear.
