WiFi and Bluetooth gone grey and I can’t connect to WiFi or Bluetooth

I’ve reset network and reset iPhone and still greyed out

You have already tried a Forced Restart a few times, correct? Force restart iPhone - Apple Support


If yes, everything that you have mentioned indicates that the chip that supplies Wi-Fi and Bluetooth services has failed.


Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to confirm.
