How do I change my Apple ID? I don't remember my password. I have several old passwords - none work. I have Norton telling me that I have five viruses. Is this part of the problem?

If you do not remember your Password, you will not be able to change your Apple ID or even log out the Apple ID. You will first need to gain access to your account using 1 of the 3 methods here to reset your password.
